LEGGINGS FROM ETSY - PHICELIA

These leggings are my first purchase on Etsy. They're made by Phicelia in Ukraine, and I have to say I'm very pleased with the whole experience - both Etsy and Phicelia.

One of the things I like about Phicelia is that each garment she lists specifies what type of figure it's designed for. If it fits multiple figures, she will show a few of them modeling the item.  This is so much more helpful than the usual vendors that list every type of figure ever produced regardless of which actually fits.

In the case of these leggings, she actually showed them modeled by a TBLeague S21B, and that decided it for me- these were the ones for me.

Some might feel that $30 US is a lot to pay for leggings, and I can understand that especially in the case of what would seem to be a simple garment. However in this case the quality it taken up to a very high level. The fit, quality of workmanship and attention to detail are superb. Let's take a look:

There isn't anything bulky about them- no excess fabric to bind or bunch up. The length is generous, I like that they conceal the ankles, no matter what pose she takes.

This lady decided it was a fine morning for a workout in her new leggings. First, some plank reps:

Followed by some stretching. I think I'm going to have to research some yoga moves.

I really should have tucked the ankles up a bit so they wouldn't look so sloppy- a note for next time.

This is what I mean about fit and attention to detail. One of the things the big producers frequently get wrong is their garments in the above poses would be exposing a good amount of her butt. Properly made and sized athletic clothing doesn't do that. These leggings seem to stretch with the body- notice the ankles are covered just as they were in the first photo. In terms of detail, notice the waist band. No bulky elastic, and it's shaped the same way that it is on the actual garment. It gives a sleek, realistic look.

It looks like she's sizing up the chair-
"Are you thinking of doing some exercises on the chair?"
"I did a hand stand on the top of the back of it last night..."

"Uh, I would like to point out that we're outside, and it's a bit breezy. And you're on concrete."
"Hmmm..."

She quickly builds up speed- her legs flashing through the air like knives-

She makes a move for the top of the chair back-

-doesn't quite make it as the chair wobbles and the breeze catches her body-

-in a flash she recovers, the chair firmly planted on its legs.

She finishes with a few more lightning quick spins, legs scissoring like blades.

"Chickened out- I blew it!"
"No you didn't- that was awesome!"

"whew- Glad you think so... but I can do a hand stand on the back!"
"Hey, I saw you do it last night. Don't sweat this- you'll have plenty of chances to do it again, under better, less risky conditions!"

"Yeah, guess you're right- oh well..."

Later that evening:

"YES!"
Nothing like success, especially with the recognition of your friends!
